The recent release of our Customer Web Portal provides our customers with additional control over the remote monitoring of their security systems.
The Customer Web Portal is supported by the development of our unique Cloud solution. The portal provides the ability to view the site details, update keyholder information, generate alarm log reports and view footage from the CCTV camera. All of this information is easily accessible through a smartphone device, meaning that our customers have real-time information at their fingertips from anywhere and at anytime. To ensure our customers easily benefit from this increased functionality, we’ve developed a user guide and an accompanying tutorial video which shows you how to use the different features.
