The Problem

Customers are constantly having problems with broadbands and having to act as the middle man between ourselves and the broadband supplier to identify the fault and confirm it is fixed.

The Solution

We have created a partnership with broadband supplier Nildram, enabling GB Monitoring to administer the first level of response to customers. This means that any concerns you have with your CCTV system, just contact GB Monitoring and we will resolve the problem. After initial tests on our equipment we can then pass the concern to BT who will investigate and repair the fault. If it is an issue with the CCTV transmission equipment we can advise your installer, who can then rectify the problem.

The service has been selected to provide optimal speeds for CCTV transmission and is offered at a rate that is competitive with all leading broadband suppliers.
